About Dr Khan
Dr Khan is a Specialist Periodontist.
Since graduating from the prestigious Royal London Dental Institute, Dr Khan has acquired a wide range of experience in his dental career. He undertook Dental Core Training in various dental specialties, including oral & maxillofacial surgery, paediatric dentistry, restorative dentistry and oral medicine. Dr Khan has also worked many years as a general dentist in the NHS, before returning to the Royal London to carry out his specialist training in Periodontics; graduating with a Doctorate in Clinical Dentistry and entry onto the General Dental Council Specialist Register.
He is actively involved in research, with his doctorate thesis focusing on the development of novel drug therapies for the treatment of periodontal disease.
He is a member of the Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh, as well as the British Society of Periodontology and Implant Dentistry.
Dr Khan takes referrals from professional colleagues all over the UK for all aspects of Periodontics.
When not in surgery, Dr Khan can be found spending time with his young family, as well as playing cricket and supporting his beloved Arsenal FC

Dr Khan currently works at multiple practices across London and Kent and provides professional opinion and treatment for the following:

· Crown lengthening, including the correction of ‘‘gummy smiles’’
· Labial frenectomies
· The assessment and management of peri implant disease
